Bookings & Cancellations: 

- All bookings through our online system are 'penciled in'. You will receive a second email once the booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation & No-Shows:

As cancellations and no-shows have a large impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

We all get busy, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation of said appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be invoiced 50% of your treatment cost, if you do not show to your appointment and fail to contact the salon, you will be required to pay the full cost of your treatment.​​

Products & Pricing: 

- All descriptions of products, product pricing, treatments and treatment pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

- All prices are in NZD$ and include GST of 15%.

Gift Vouchers:

- Blush Beauty Boutique gift vouchers are valid for use in salon or on salon product.

- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or to be used for appearance medicine treatments.

- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Personal Information:

- When you purchase something from Blush Beauty Boutique, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, mobile and email address. This is kept strictly confidential and is used for the sole purpose of contacting said customer in regard to appointments, product, billing etc.

Returns & Exchanges:

- Please get in touch in regard to any product within 14 days to complete an exchange or if needing a refund.

- Please do not send back your purchase to the manufacturer.

- If a product is found to be faulty, we will organise a replacement or alternative within 14 days or as soon as that product becomes available.
